The experience gathered since the creation of LNS in 1973 has allowed the group to reach a position of the worldwide leader in the field of machine-tool peripherals. Based on this experience, the LNS organization has been fine-tuned to be closer to the regional markets and respond faster to future evolutions.
The market is managed through a network consisting of sister companies and exclusive agents. This solid distribution network, which has been built over the years, allows LNS to create customer loyalty and acquire new customers. This distribution network is constantly expanding to cover new regions as efficiently as possible.
In 2022, LNS was acquired by the Storskogen Group, a publicly-traded Swedish Group that invests in small and medium-sized businesses. Storskogen, as a collaborative partner, will offer LNS long-term stability and allow us to accelerate our growth to reinforce further our position as the global leader of world-class machine tool peripherals and services.
Based on the principle of sustainability and the knowledge of the customer requirements, LNS will maintain its global headquarters in Switzerland. We will continue to rely on its sister companies worldwide to provide high-quality LNS products & services.
In January 2023, LNS celebrates 50 years of activity. This special year is placed under the “Cheers to future achievements and past glories” slogan. Visit this dedicated section to see what happened during the last five decades.
