LNS Fox WS 2 Series oil/coolant mist collectors use a patented 3-stage filtration system and are available in 5 models with capacities from 170 to 1250 cfm that accommodate all machine types using water-soluble, synthetic or neat oil coolants. Adding a 4th-stage HEPA filter provides additional filtration in dry smoke applications.
With the LNS Premium Accessory Kit, it’s even faster and easier to install your LNS mist collector on any CNC machine tool. The included airflow regulator also lets you fine tune the volume of coolant mist flowing through the system. This optimizes filter life while maintaining air quality that exceeds OSHA and NIOSH standards.
The kit includes adjustable mounting rails, a sealed connecting plate (machine tool flange), splash guard and airflow regulator. Here’s how simple this kit makes installation:
- Bolt the sealed connection plate to the top of the CNC machine and secure the splash guard inside the machine to insure a sound connection
- Position the adjustable mounting rails to accommodate your mist collector and secure them to the top of the machine
- Place the mist collector on the adjustable mounting rails and secure with the anti-vibration mounting kit
- Install the airflow regulator on the mist collector inlet and secure
Place the hose over the sealed connector plate and air flow regulator using supplied hose clamps
